Listen to “Healing: The Rhythm of the Earth“.
In 1952, German scientist W.O. Schumann discovered a natural pulse resonating around the earthing at a frequency of 7.83 Hz. It has since come to be known as the Schumann Resonance.
The Schumann Resonance has precisely the same frequency as alpha waves emitted from the human brain. Alpha waves influence our immune system and, when they are out of balance, they can alter our stress and anxiety levels. At the optimal alpha frequency, we are more relaxed, more creative and imaginative, we learn better, analyze less, and our body’s physiology has more inner balance.
A lot of anthropological evidence suggests humans of all cultures have, over millennia, attempted to achieve transcendental states by synchronizing with planetary resonances, before ever knowing what they were. This was done through various rituals like shamanic drumming and dancing, or religious behaviours such as bobbing and swaying during prayer. Spiritualists recognize the 7.83 Hz frequency as The OM Frequency; the sound that brought everything into being.
There is an extraordinary connection between the Earth and the life that she supports, and it is a connection that exists between all of us. Our brains can match these frequencies when deep meditation is reached. One more way we can get our body to resonate with the Earth’s healing frequency is through the use of sound healing practices.
Listening to music that has been tuned to 432Hz would make your body, and the organic world which surrounds it, resonate naturally. This would fill you with a sense of peace and well-being, regardless of the kind of song you choose to play or listen to.
In this state of consciousness, we start to connect ourselves not only with the Earth but with all life – and ultimately to the pulse of the Universe.
The Earth and all life within it has a specific pulse. Everything is connected to the Earth’s energy field, which helps us maintain, sustain and create life. The Earth has its own ‘Wi-Fi’ that influences our bodily processes.
Everything on this planet, including animals, plants, and water is made from atoms which produce, emit, and receive energy which operates at a specific frequency. All of our tissues, cells, organs, emotions and thought patterns have their own unique electromagnetic fields.
If humans are in tune with the Earth’s natural electromagnetic frequencies, it stands to reason that disruptions of these frequencies may affect human health.
The solution is to plug ourselves back into Earth’s electrical outlet. That means spending regular time in nature, meditating, using sound therapies and slowing down the rush of modern life.
