How to Increase Vital Energy Flow

ENERGY

Listen to “How to Increase Vital Energy Flow”.

In the western world, we neglect our vital force. We focus on external treatment instead of working to protect and strengthen our body’s instinctive self-healing ability,

Vitality. Vital Force. Vital principle. Soul. Spirit. Life Force. Life Energy. Prana.

Energy is what makes us, so it’s no surprise that our life force is critical to our well-being. Conversely, when our life force is in short supply, we feel ungrounded, lethargic, depressed, and struggle to move through life.

Here are some ways to help you raise the levels of vital energy in your body:

Connect to Earth’s energy. Breathing fresh outdoor air charges our body with vital energy. Sunlight rejuvenates our energy. Try grounding yourself to mother earth with your bare feet as you charge up your life force battery!

Embrace Love. Love is the highest vibrational frequency of the universe. When we radiate a signal of love for ourselves and others, we are rewarded with powerful rejuvenating life force energy. Conversely, low frequencies of fear, guilt, low self-esteem, anger, and blame will quickly drain our life force.

Catch the sun. Our body creates vitamin D from direct sunlight on our skin when we’re outdoors. From late March and early April to the end of September, most people should be able to get all the vitamin D they need from sunlight.

We are Nature; Nature is Us

We can also get some vitamin D from certain foods, including oily fish such as salmon, mackerel, herring and sardines, and eggs.

Cut out negativity. Negativity limits your potential to become something great and live a fulfilling, purposeful life. It has a tangible effect on our health, too. To become more positive, happy, and satisfied, you may need to change the wording of your thoughts. We are each our own harshest critics, and a stream of negative self-talk is corrosive to a positive life and high energy levels.

Moderate exercise every day. Get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity each week. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. We know 150 minutes each week sounds like a lot of time, but it’s not. That could be 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. The good news is that you can spread your activity out during the week, so you don’t have to do it all at once.

Top 5 Reasons Why You’re Losing Energy

Peace of mind. Your state of peace and joy is always dependent upon how you react to external circumstances. Peace cannot be achieved without stillness of mind and the identification of things that disturb it.

Peace is not a goal to reach but rather a background state of being. This state is directly governed by the impact of our thought processes in our minds. Therefore, when you stop working and focus on the present, it helps strengthen your control over your mind’s functions and productivity.

By controlling senses and breathing, it’s easier to let go of thoughts and feelings of the past and future and train the brain to focus on what is happening in the present.
