Inner Transformation – The Way to Lasting Happiness

SPIRIT

Listen to “Inner Transformation – The Way to Lasting Happiness”.

Without inner change, there can be no lasting transformation. When we are told that we are not good enough, smart enough, thin enough, successful enough, many of us begin to believe that we do not measure up, or that we are not enough. Over time, the messages we receive from the external world take a toll on our inner world.

It is possible to transform your inner world of self-doubt, self-loathing, and self-recrimination to one of love, inner peace and lasting happiness. The reality of inner love can replace the reality of self-doubt and self-loathing.

Inner change is often associated with moving away from negative thoughts towards positive thoughts. However, this is neither the goal nor the end of the inner journey. Recognizing this polarity and making an effort to hold onto positive thoughts is only the beginning of an inward transformation.

A transformational journey will empower you to create a new way of living and become the authentic you with a heart full of joy.

Changing the World Begins with Changing Ourselves

Transformational change occurs when our foundational understanding of ourselves and the world around us significantly shifts. Transformations happen when we go beyond the bounds of our current understanding and awareness. We cannot think our way through this change; we have to experience our way into it.

Going on a transformational journey is a challenging process of returning to the source, by peeling back the layers that disguise our true nature. Patterns that have been in place for years won’t be undone overnight.

As we descend, we have the opportunity to let go of all that is not vital. We are in a time of shedding, ending, and clearing away that which has been of service somehow in our lives but is no longer of use.

4 Powerful Spiritual Experiences to Find Inner Balance

A huge amount of inner work is needed to clear this space, which is filled with all kinds of setbacks such as addictions, unhealthy behaviour, aggression, judgement, arrogance, vanity, pride, hate and fear. We all need to detox; not only for our bodies but also for our minds and souls.

There are many different practices to achieve a state of happiness, calm and inner peace. By “practice,” I mean the conscious ongoing use of tools, techniques, and traditions that connect us back to our source and essence, to our motivation, to each other, to the world, and to our true purpose.
